COVID-19 Update

General Guidance: If you have had a fever, cough, or any respiratory illness in the past week, or think you may have been exposed to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) (particularly those who have been traveling), please do not come to campus. Call your physician or hospital immediately to get instructions as to where to get the proper care.

Academic Building Classroom Guidance: It is not required to wear masks.

The Wongu Health Center is open for in-person treatments by appointment only. To benefit themselves and everyone at the clinic we remind our patients to regularly wash their hands. Although washing with water and soap for 20 seconds is superior they may also use hand sanitizer when that is not an option.

The Wongu Health Center is not equipped to treat patients who may have been exposed to the Covid-19 virus.

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the State of Nevada have set up informational websites that can help answer frequently asked questions, such as what are the symptoms, prevention, and treatment.

CDC – https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html

Nevada – https://nvhealthresponse.nv.gov/
