The Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE) has adopted the CDC’s guidance with regard to mask wearing and social distancing.
General Guidance: If you have had a fever, cough or any respiratory illness in the past week, or think you may have been exposed to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) (particularly those who have been traveling), please do not come to campus. Call your physician or hospital immediately to get instructions as to where to get proper care.
Classroom Guidance: Masks must be worn at all times.
The Wongu Health Center is open for in-person treatments by appointment only. Masks must be worn at all times. To benefit yourself and everyone at the clinic we remind our patients to regularly wash your hands. Although washing with water and soap for 20 seconds is superior you may also use hand sanitizer when that is not an option.
The Wongu Health Center is not equipped to treat patients who may have been exposed to the Covid-19 virus.
The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the State of Nevada have set up informational websites that can help answer frequently asked questions, such as what are the symptoms, prevention, and treatment.
