Shen Medicine Acupuncture is hiring for a talented and caring acupuncturist. Our clinic prioritizes exceptional patient care through evidence-based practices and a warm bedside manner, focusing on women’s health concerns, pain management, and fertility. We are offering both part-time and full-time positions, with flexible work shifts available throughout the week, as our clinic operates from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

Perform personalized acupuncture treatments tailored to each patient’s needs
Create comprehensive treatment plans based on thorough patient assessments
Maintain patient records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Educate and guide patients on TCM, holistic health practices and acupuncture benefits
Stay on-top-of of cutting-edge acupuncture techniques and research
Excel in patient rapport and retention
Help keep clinic rooms/supplies organized and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment

Requirements

Valid TN acupuncturist license
A Master’s degree or higher in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine is preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with an all female team
Proficiency in Chinese herbal medicine and nutrition preferred
Speciality in women’s health and fertility preferred
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Must be open to feedback and adaptable to new methods and techniques.
A positive and possible attitude, with the ability to collaborate, have generosity of self and be able to take responsibility and initiative.

Job Type: Part-Time (with potential for Full-Time)

Employment Type: Independent Contractor

Pay: $44.00 – $88.00+ per hour (based on patients seen per hour and daily bookings)

Overview:

Join Acupuncture Vegas, a thriving acupuncture practice in Las Vegas, as an Acupuncturist and Oriental Medical Doctor. We are seeking a skilled professional to manage patient care, with the opportunity to start immediately. During the business owner’s maternity leave starting in July 2025, there will be increased office availability to accommodate additional patient bookings. This role offers flexible scheduling as an independent contractor, with the potential to transition to a full-time position based on performance and practice needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality acupuncture and Oriental Medicine treatments to patients.

• Manage patient appointments and care, including during the owner’s absence.

• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment in a busy practice.

Optional Training Opportunity:

The business owner offers personalized training in her highly effective technique, Dr. Tan’s Balance Method, which is favored by most of her patients for its proven results.

Schedule:

• Available days: Wednesday through Sunday (based on treatment room availability).

• Increased office availability during the owner’s maternity leave starting July 2025, allowing for more booking opportunities.

• Flexible hours: Create your own schedule as an independent contractor.

• Optional weekend shifts available.

Compensation:

• Hourly rate: $44.00 – $88.00 or higher, depending on the number of patients seen per hour and daily bookings.

• Note: New providers may start with fewer bookings, but schedules typically fill within a few months, with patients often on a waitlist.

• Complete scheduling flexibility as an independent contractor.

• Freedom to take time off for holidays or vacations as needed.

• Access to four treatment rooms, enabling up to 3-4 patients per hour based on the provider’s preference.

Requirements:

• Valid Nevada Acupuncture License (required).
