Prerequisites: HB401, HB402, HB403, HB404, OM401, OM402, OM450

In this course, we review and synthesize the classical formula that is required and covered on the national and state exams and that is commonly used in traditional and modern practice. The Chinese Herbal Medicine Principles and Theory, including relevant botany concepts, will all be reviewed. The methodology for developing a formula and how to write out a formula for accurate dispensing is covered with special emphasis on clear dispensing instructions for formulas.
